FAQ
About the dragons
Yes it is! We live and work right on the edge of Trondheimsfjord in Norway, on a part of the fjord called “Dragon Shores”. Norway was home to the vikings who had a rich mythology that included dragons. Dragons were often carved into viking ships. Our headquarters is at the site of a viking battle 800 years ago.
You can see Dragon Shores here.
We have several dragons who love to make puzzles. Our largest has two heads and breathes a lot of smoke and fire. Our smallest puzzle-making dragon could curl up on your lap, but he’s kind of heavy. We also have a nest of dragons who pack together to protect their eggs. You can see these smaller dragons here.
Indeed we will! We are soon getting another fire-breathing dragon to help make puzzles, and plan to offer Twin Dragons in our store later this year.

Yes! DragonFjord puzzles make great gifts. Just click on “Send to a different address” while placing your order and we’ll send your puzzle wherever you like.
Delivery
Right now, there is much variation in delivery times because some postal centers have reduced staffing due to the pandemic. While many European customers receive their puzzles within a week and overseas customers receive theirs within 3 weeks, sometimes delivery can be delayed for reasons beyond our control. If you’ve waited 4 weeks, we think that is much too long. Contact us and we’ll figure out what to do!
Only partway. We can provide tracking until your order leaves Norway, which usually takes 2-4 days from when you receive your shipping confirmation. After that, your country’s postal system will take over and we cannot track it further. Unfortunately it is very expensive to send puzzles with a courier service who can provide tracking. We are actively exploring other methods of shipping and plan to offer other shipping options in the future.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied and happy with every product you get from us. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please don’t hesitate to send us a message!
