Madame Butterfly

This DragonFjord original puzzle offers a strange and wonderful challenge: slide the 8 blocks from one wing of this beautiful butterful to the other wing, one at a time. The blocks slide up and down and can cross from one wing to another at only one place in the middle. You’ll swear it’s impossible, but keep at it and the butterfly will slowly unfold her secrets to you.

Solving Madame Butterfly involves discovering several different parts of the challenge, none of which are obvious! Once you discover how to solve this puzzle, you will receive another unexpected reward: the repeating patterns needed to solve Madame Butterfly make it a wonderful mediative device. The puzzle that at first frustrates you becomes a puzzle that calms you down and just feels good… kind of like how a crawly caterpillar transforms to something lovely.
